Assalamualaikum and selamat sejahtera, today i will share with u guys recipes myfavourite food. I will share recipes siput sedut masak lemak cili api. Siput sedut masak lemak cili api is the traditional cuisine of the Negeri Sembilan.
INGREDIENTS
800gm / sekilo snails (wash & remove ends)
3 red onions*
2 cloves under white*
1 inch saffron*
5 pcs of chillies (likes)*
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cubic starch cube
1 piece of gelugoric acid
1 lemon grass tapped
a turmeric leaf (thin sliced)
salt to taste
How to prepare and cook
1. Insert the cleaned snail & threw the tip into the pan and pour the coconut milk.
2. Punch the marked ingredients * and put them in the pan
3.Add also a fish cube & lemonade.Then cook with a simple fire so that the coconut milk does not break.
4.Always stir slowly until coconut milk is not congested.After almost 5 minutes add the sour cream & taste the salt sauce to taste
5.Cook for 2 minutes then cover fire & sprinkle turmeric leaves.Ready to serve.
Note: can replace turmeric with bristles / snobs .. as well as leaves.
