Ayam Masak Ungkup

Assalamualiakum and Salam Sejahtera. Today i will share recipes of javanese cuisine that is ayam masak ungkep. Ayam masak ungkep is a traditional food of the Javanese society in selangor.






INGREDIENTS

1 chicken - cut 12, preferably if old chickens / chicken

Ingredients  A (for blanched)
2 large onions
10 cloves garlic
2 inches ginger
2 inches of turmeric live
20 pork chilies


Stir fry:
Ginger (thin sliced)
1 liter of water
2 lemongrass stems
Oil to saute
Salt to taste


How to:

Chicken cleaned and mixed with salt and turmeric powder. Heat the oil and fry the thinly sliced ginger until it is crisp.
Then add the ingredients A blended. Stir fry until oil rises. After oil, enter chicken. Leave briefly about 2-3 minutes.
Add water, lemon grass that has been tapped and salt to taste. Close the pan. Stir once to avoid crushed chickens except for old chicken or chicken. Allow up to a thick gravy and can be served.
