FRIED CHICKEN SAFFRON CURRY HONEY





Hello everyone, today I want to tell you how to cook fried honey chicken, honey fried chicken from Malaysia. Besides the menu, honey fried chicken is fast cooked well to eat. It's easy but very interesting. There is also sambal belacan and pour a little soy sauce with plain rice.

For those who like vegetables, can add carrots and long beans. I prefer to add vegetables, make this menu two in one. Because I do not have to think and try to cook other vegetables. My family really likes when I cook honey fried chicken. Fried honey is deliciously eaten with plain rice.

Ingredients

Ingredients A (PERAP)
-4 pieces of the chicken part of the keel-small cut
-Turmeric to taste
-Salt to taste 
-1 tablespoon of black pepper powder
-1 teaspoon maggi powder enough flavor


Ingredients B (SAUTEED)
-1 piese of curry leaves
-3  cloves garlic -tapped only 
-2 tablespoons chicken frying oil 
-2 teas onion-sliced elongated

Ingredients C 
-1 red chill -cut into slices
-1 green chill -cut into slices
-3-4 rice  chilies - oblique sliced
-a little sugar
-2 tablespoons of honey

 Here's how :
1. A substances are united,mixed,and marinated for 10-15 minutes until permaeble .
2.Heal oil and fry chicken with a large fire.Stir often so as  not to be hard and scorched.Pick up and set aside.
3.Use chicken fried oil to saute.Stir in curry leaves followed by garlic and onion.When the onions are wilted enter the fried chicken and stir well.
4.Add red chillies,green chillies ,and  chillies.If there are long beans,can be long beans.Stir  until the chicken mixes flat with long beans.
5.Before lifting,add honey and a little sugar,and mix it for 1 minute  next serve.
