Paprik campur

Asalammualaikum everyone today i will share with u guys recipes paprik campur. I like paprik campur because in it has a mixture of shrimp, chicken, squid and meat.




 Ingredian:
- little shrimp, squid, slices of chicken and meat
1/2 large onion (cut into slices)

- 2 cloves garlic (chopped) 
- 2 pieces of lime leaves 
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce 
- 1 tablespoon of chili sauce 
- 1 tablespoon of chilli chillies 
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce 
- a little sweet / salty soy sauce 
- a little mixed vegetables (carrots, long beans, cabbage flowers, young corns etc.) 
-salt and sugar to taste 
-4-5 rice chilies (tapped)

  
preparation method  :

- Frying prawn, squid and chicken flesh / meat to 3 / 4masak. Then, toskan.
- Forsaking a little oil of former fritter just now, garlic sauter until emerge smell. Then include chilli mill and sauter more to crisp. 

- Including oyster sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sauce and some water. Stir integrated.  
- When already boiling, include all vegetables plus, onion, kaffir lime leaf, paddy chilli, and materials remainder. Gaul-gaulkan to vegetable almost ripe.
- Lastly include prawn, squid and chicken flesh / meat just now. Stir integrated to ripe.
- Serving still fresh with plain rice.
